Day 45 of 100 done! I busted out the 45 burpees before doing 2 tabata sets with 1 pood KB. I did the first 35 burpees without pausing. I took a 10 breath breather before busting out the last 10. I'm no longer fearing the increasing number of burpees that are coming. I know I will be able to do this.
My workout today was low key.

I would have done at least one more set but I got a late start to my lunch break and had to return to work.
