Day 47 of 100 and done!
Burpees were accomplished as my warmup for my lunch time WOD. I did the first 30 without pause then a 15 breath breather. Finished up the last 17 without issue.
I'm thinking I need to try to push myself to do these without taking a break. I vow that for 50 I shall do just this no matter what.
