Day 58 & 59 of 100
58 burpees of 100 done last night after BJJ not before as I had hoped but still done. Yesterday was a nice active day.
59 burpees of 100 done this morning. I'm glad I have them out of the way for the day.
I'm pretty sore and beat up today and I like it. I'm finally starting to feel like I'm getting back on track with eating right and activity levels.
I was going to go to lunch but that fell through so now it's a WOD lunch. Here is what I'm planning on.
3 rounds for time. Non stop and don't put the kettlebell down.
10 - one arm swing R
10 - clean and press R
10 - russian
10 - goblet squat
10 - russian
10 - clean and press L
10 - one arm swing L
Post WOD Report:
Nice WOD for lunch. Finished it in 7:40 with 1-pood. My grip with my left hand was totally straining on the last set of one arm swings. I almost thought I was going to drop the KB.
So I'm going camping tonight and getting back on Friday. I probably wont report back on burpees till Saturday. Rest assured I shall be doing my burpees.
