Day 16 of 100 and 16 burpees done! I did the burpees as part of my warmup for my lunch time WOD.

Today's lunch time WOD was quick and dirty. 3 one arm russian swings, 5 one arm high pulls, 7 one arm snatch with a 1 pood kettlebell. 3:07 finish time. way fast way easy. 1 pood is not enough. I guess I need to bring in heavier kettlebell.
