I am truly shitty about posting daily about my burpee completion. I vow to do better. Today is day 15 and I have done my 15 burpees. I did them today during my lunch break. I used them as part of my warmup for my lunch time WOD.
Lunch WOD 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders and butterfly situps. Yeah me!
