Day 34 and 35 out of 100. Okay I doubled up today strictly for the purpose of making it so my Day 42 falls on my 42 birthday. Oh well it is a slight cheat but without skipping any of the burpee magic.
I did my 35 burpees this afternoon after doing a bunch of yard/house work. I could give you the boring details but why.
I did my 34 burpees after getting back from the pool and getting my spaghetti squash started for dinner. I'm glad to have them done.
So it seems like I'm getting up to 20 burpees without really feeling it which is good. Things are only going to get rougher.

PS. Gluts, hamstrings, quads are jacked up from my run with lunges and squats yesterday. I should write more on this later. :P
