Day 33 of 100! Yes 33 burpees done! It is truly getting tough towards the end of set but I'm plugging forward.

Today's WOD taken from the Spartan WODs. Run 1 mile 100 walking lunges, run 1 mile 100 squats, run 1 mile 100 walking lunges. Then collapse.

Steph made me stretch after walking the rest of the way home. :P Legs are nice and mushy right now. Yeah Saturday.

Okay tomorrow I'm going to do a double up day so I am on 42 on my 42nd birthday.
