Delayed report for Days 22 through 24.
So I totally forgot about Day 22 till I was in bed. :( So my solution was to do my 22 burpees in the morning of Day 23. Then the evening of Day 23 I did my 23 burpees.
Day 24 I did my burpees after I got home from work before relaxing for the evening.
I have to say I don't feel anything from the burpees till I get to about 16 then I start to feel winded. I wonder when I will feel winded on Day 100? I'm going to keep at it.
Today I get my lunch breaks back at work so I'm going to run 3 during lunch and warm up with my 25 burpees. I'll report here after lunch.
