All right today is day 21 of 100. I did my burpees post 3.8 mile run with Steph. Mid way point on the run was 3 sets up 10 pushups 10 squats (will need to make this tougher).

Yesterday I did my 20 burpees right as Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffen were doing there walk out for last nights UFC.

Done.

Tomorrow starts the stepped up running training to get that going on for the Spartan Beast. More focus on running till I get my miles and they are easy, right cuz?
