Today I was reminded of impending 10+ mile obstacle race in my near future so I went for a lunch time run or 3 miles. Averaged just under 10 min a mile in 98 degree weather. 20 minutes later I'm still sweating from it.

Oh and yes I did my 19 burpees as a little warm up for the run. I'm thinking my easy days of the 100 days are behind me.

I've been thinking more and more about excuses for not eating right, and not working out and how it relates to depression I go through. I may actually attempt to write more on this later. Who knows for now chalk it up as a random thought.
