I forgot to update my 100 day challenge yesterday but fear not Day 40 was not a failure.

Day 40 of 100 was done at 1pm as a warm-up to some light KB workout. I did a mellow pace for the 40 and had to take a breathing break after 30. 5 breathes later I was back at it to finish strong.

The Kettlebell work was nice and easy. I was just throwing a 1 pood bell around to get used to moving it again. I think it's been a few months since I was regularly using.

Today I have a 4 mile run before the lake. I'm throwing in some KB work after each mile. Good times.
