Okay a quick update Day 41 of 100. Burpees done this morning prior to 4 mile run with stuff after every mile.
Run 1 mile then 30 american swings
Run 1 mile then 30 lunge passes
Run 1 mile then 30 figure 8's
Run 1 mile then 30 KB wall ball.
Easy day after last Saturdays pain.
