Okay I didn't post yesterdays burpees but rest assured I did them. Yes Day 38 of 100 was a success. Rock Star Falon even did the first 20 with me. Now this did slow my burpee pace down a little bit and it really did help out to get me through the 38.

So this makes me question which is better for me? a - try to bust them out as fast as possible only to lose steam towards the end of my set. b - set slower pace to try to remain consistent for the extent of the set.

I'm thinking I need to start doing these first thing in the morning. I know I feel them hanging over my head throughout my day taunting me, calling me names, making me dread doing them. All right enough! Tomorrow AM I'm busting out Day 40. That still doesn't help with Day 39. Oh Day 39 how I despise you. Okay not really.

I have to run 3 miles today for lunch. Which will hurt more burpees before or after run?

I should write more on this later.
