Just because I will admit I didn't finish my 100 days of 100 burpees. I have excuses but none are worthy enough to justify not finishing. I will take up this challenge again at some point. Perhaps it will be new year fun.

Friday I got 260lb of bumper plates in so my home gym is about ready to follow along with the crossfit.com workouts. I will be doing so where I can now. My next step for the home gym is a rack for pull ups, muscle up and I want to get a squat rack built in. I'm hoping to get that within 30 days but we will see.

Today I did one of my favorite crossfit benchmark WODS, CC Flyer
3 rounds for time
400m run
21 box jumps
12 Overhead squats (Rx is 95lb I only did 75lb today)

My time 19:52. Slow and not Rx. Next time I do this it will be Rx. I just haven't done the movement in a while. good stuff.

Saturday I did The Highland Games at Sherwood. Lots of fun. I'm going to have to compete in November for the Austin games.
