Yesterday was day 28 of 100 and I did my burpees! As I foretold in my previous post I went to BJJ and then went to run with Steph. Prior to that run I ripped through the 28. No difference in how they felt.

Yesterday was also the official start of my 1/2 marathon training. I won't be doing a 1/2 marathon for real but I want to get my running prowess up for the Spartan Beast which will be 10+ miles of mud and obstacles. Yesterdays run was 2.37 miles at an incredibly slow pace of 11 minute mile. I can blame my lack of energy from previous workout at BJJ and the burpees. I can blame the rolling hills in the hood I ran at. I can but I wont. I will just say mentally I couldn't push. My next run is Thursday and it is scheduled for 3 miles.
