7 days left in my 30 day challenge and I'm still staying strong! I believe I'm getting the results and will keep with it. I am so looking forward to a big plate of brisket though.

WOD:
5 rounds for time
400m run
30 box jumps 24"
30 wall ball 20lb

I only had time for 3 rounds. 27 min for the 3. No excuses.
