Day 17 of 30

Still staying strong with the program. I'm finally experiencing sugar cravings. I'm sure it will only get worse before it gets better. My guess is I was just hungry when they came on this time. I haven't been putting away the full 19 blocks of food every day. It is tough to do on a normal day but on a day where I'm on the road it's a real bitch. It really makes it tough when everyone is eating what ever around me. Staying strong. I have to say I think the results are showing. I'll know at the end with the before and after pics side by side.

WODs still going. yesterday was a rest day but I ran 3 miles during lunch under 30 minutes. I think I averaged 9:30 a mile.

It could be better but took a few rounds of jumping before I was comfortable with it. I kept feeling like I wasn't going to make it. I got used to it as I went.
