Day 3 of 30 days to shred is on. I really should give some base lines of what we are working with for this challenge.
Weight: 228lb
Body Fat: 25% (this is using the caliper method so accuracy is not there but it is a base line for the finish)
I'm going to have to take a pic and post or or perhaps I'll just wait till the end and use the one that was taken at the start of the challenge.

I'm sure I could done more but I had to clean the weight from the ground. I didn't feel comfortable doing more then that at this time as I would have had to gone up to 185. waaahhh It is time for me to buy some metal plates of 5 and 2 1/2lb.
Yesterdays Food Log:
Breakfast:
3 eggs, 2 oz chicken Fiber drink, 2 2/3 cups of zuccini, 1 cup of peppers
1 2/3 teaspoon of coconut oil
Snack:
2 oz chicken 2 cups cauliflower mash 1 teaspoon almond butter
Lunch:
5 oz ground venison 3 cups spaghetti squash, 1/2 cut tomatoe sauce, 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 2/3 teaspoon olive oil
Snack:
2 oz turkey slices 8 cups raw spinach 1 teaspoon almond butter
Dinner:
5 oz chicken 1 1/3 cup zuccini, 1 cup peppers, 8 cups of raw spinich, 3/8 cup acorn squash
1 2/3 teaspoon coconut oil
