Day 4 of the 30 Days to Shredded challenge.
I'm still feeling damn good about it. The food intake is not an issue at all. I haven't been tempted by anything outside of the challenge around me. I'm off the fiber drink for a few days which is okay. I only had one bad experience with it and that was day one when I tried to sip it, it congealed.
In other news I got hired permanent yesterday at my day job and they totally sweetened the deal for me. I just hope I can prove myself worthy.
Today was supposed to be rest day according to the .com so I checked out CrossfitCentral and did yesterdays WOD.
WOD:
5 rounds for time
7 Dead Lifts (270rx)(I used 250)
21 Push Ups
20:05 finish time though I wasn't pushing and was watering my lawn at the same time.
