My Time 18:05. I feel pretty good about it. Sure I know I have plenty of room to shave off time but I'm still very happy with this as this is the first time I got to do this one. (Also first time I got to use my GHD in a WOD)
All right here is my food intake for yesterday.
Breakfast: 3 eggs 2oz ground venison, Fiber cleanse drink 2 2/3 cups of zuccini 1 cup peppers, 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 teaspoon fish oil
Lunch: 5 oz ground venison, 3 cups of spaghetti squash 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 3/4 cup diced tomatoes, 1 2/3 teaspoon olive oil
Snack: 2 oz turkey slices, 1 Spark, 1 teaspoon almond butter
Dinner: 5 oz chicken, 2 cups cauliflower, 4 cups raw spinach, 1 cup blueberries, 1 2/3 teaspoon olive oil
All right new day is on! Day 2 of cleanse!
