Today is day 1 of my 30 day Paleo 30 day shred challenge. Yeah!
So my diet is going off the crossfit prescribed Paleo Zone. I'm feeling good so far. I'll post my food stuffs later.
I took this mornings WOD from crossfit.com with some minor modifications due to lack of some equipment.
For Time
100 ft Walking Lunge
50 Pushups
50 Double-unders
25 Knees to elbows
5 Rope climb, 15 ft (substituted with towel pull up)
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
25 Overhead squats, 65 pounds
25 L-pull-ups (skipped this cause I was over 30 minutes but did the sit ups)
50 Sit-ups
Time was over 30 minutes. I could have should have been faster but it was my speed this morning.
After work I did 3 mile run in 30.49 minutes. First mile average 10:50, second mile average 10:30, last mile 10:02.
