Solid week of training done!

Monday Kettlebell Lunch (2 pood bell)
3 rounds (not timed)
30 Deadlifts
30 Russian Swings
30 Goblet Squats

Tuesday Lunch Run
3 miles with a 10'07" a mile average (shitty run felt way slow)

Tuesday Night Row
3 mile row with 2 minutes rest between each mile.
7'30" average per mile

Wednesday Kettlebell Lunch (2 pood bell)
4 rounds
1-min KB Clean & Press RH
1-min KB Clean & Press LH
1-min Rest 
 (I failed to keep track of reps but did some solid work)

12 min AMRAP
15 - American Swings
10 - Burpees
7 rounds completed

Thursday Lunch Run
3 miles with a 9'33" a mile average

Friday Kettlebell Lunch (2 pood bell)
Tabata Sets
Russian Swing - 12
Plank
Leg Lifts - 12

Tomorrow I will continue with this fun. Steph and I will be doing some trail running at St. Edwards Park. Then at noon I'm working out with Zack. That will be 3 sets of 10 Deadlifts and a metcon.
